We ship to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
All crates ship free, with no restrictions or limitations.
We try to ship all orders within one business day. You will receive one email confirming your order, and another email with a tracking number once it ships.
Security is very important to us. We use a processor that is PCI compliant to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
After you choose your five items and start the checkout process, you’ll be able to enter your promo code in the box that says "Enter discount code."
Because we ship orders as quickly as possible, the cancellation window is often very short. If you need to, please reach out to email@example.com as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged during delivery, or if you receive the wrong item, we will happily replace it with the item you wanted, at no cost to you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement.
Refunds are granted on full crates within 14 days from delivery date and are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee. Please email email@example.com to request a pre-paid shipping label for your return.
To keep things simple, crates are only five items. But if you need more items, you can easily build another crate without re-entering your shipping and payment information. Once you finalize your order for the first crate, your shopping cart will automatically reset so you can start building a new crate.

We survey major online stores to find an average retail price for each item. Your savings can be up 30%!
All of our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your crate. Afterwards, they will hold your shipment at a local facility for a specified number of days for pickup.
You can also reschedule your delivery by contacting the shipping carrier directly. Remember to have your tracking number before contacting them. You can find this number in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting your LINK_TO_ACCOUNT page.
For FedEx, the best way to reschedule a delivery is to call 1-800-463-3339.
For USPS, the easiest way to re-schedule a delivery is to visit https://redelivery.usps.com/redelivery/.
If a crate is returned to us, we can either re-ship the crate or refund your purchase, however both will be subject to a $5.95 re-stocking fee. Please contact email@example.com for help with a returned shipment.
